Blackberry

• Viigo - Very cool RSS reader
• Worldmate - A must for travel
• Pandora - Great internet music app when you are tired of your own music and playlists.
• Google Voice - Love this.  It is running my voicemail now.  Get a transcription and can listen online.  Also forwards calls to my other mobile if I miss it on this one.
• Skype - Very cool integration by Verizon. 
• ToDo Matrix - excellent for implementing GTD
• IdeaMatrix - Love this.  My ultimate reference.  Syncs to the web as does ToDo Matrix.
• Evernote - See below.
• imPlus Skype - A must have when in China.  Use the Blackberry to initiate the call and have it do a call back locally to the China mobile number.  Verizon skype does not work internationally.

Android

• Audible - so much better than on Blackbery.  Have chapters and better downloading.
• Kindle - Syncs with my Kindle and Blackberry and Computer.  Amazing.  Can add notes and highlights whereas cannot do this in Blackberry.
• Tweetdeck - Absolutely amazing twitter client on the Droid
• Meebo IM - I am liking connecting to MSN, Google Talk, Facebook, etc all at the same time on this free app. 
• gStrings - An amazing guitar tuner.  It uses the mike and works like a chromatic tuner.
• TabDroid - put your powertab and Guitar Pro songs on the phone and play them.  Simply amazing. Forgot how much I paid, but it is totally worth it.
• Ultimate-Guitar Tabs-Worth the 2.99.  It links to the sight and is so easy to find and favorite tabs.
• Evernote - Take pictures of receipts and sync them to your other devices like your PC.  I even sync to the Blackberry.  Also save web pages or other notes.
• Pocket Cloud - Use this to RDP into the office.  Very easy to use and fast so it is actually quite functonal.
